You can request a repeat prescription of your pet’s routine medication simply by giving us a call. We will then be able to process your request within 24-48 hours. All repeat prescriptions need to be approved by a vet and need to be prepaid.

In order to ensure the best possible medical care and meet the legal requirements of the existing dispensing laws, all animals on regular treatment must be examined at least every 6 months. Intervals between reassessments may sometimes vary depending on the actual condition, so in some cases 1 or 3 month reassessments may be appropriate.

The precise testing and treatment protocol is determined in consult with the vet, and is tailored to your pet’s requirements.

If your pet is due for a reassessment and you run out of medication we will be able to prescribe an emergency supply until an appointment is booked.
